Ingredients:
6 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil 4 cloves garlic, sliced 1 lb. small or medium shrimp (shelled or in their shells, depends on your preference) 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. dry sherry 1 tsp. smoked paprika salt to taste 1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley Directions:
Heat the oil in a shallow casserole or pan. Add the shrimp and garlic and saute over medium-high heat for a few minutes. Add the lemon juice, sherry, paprika, and salt. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy with some alioli sauce and a baguette of bread.
