Bread Spreader

Ingredients:
2 slices of bread
1 egg
1 bacon strip
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Mayo
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
Dash Tarragon
Directions:
1. Cook egg to over hard in your skillet. Season with tarragon, salt and pepper.
2. Cook bacon,
3. Toast bread, apply butter and mayo on the 2 slices of bread.
4. Put egg and bacon on the butter and mayo of bread and make a sandwich.
5. Enjoy

Note: Cook Bacon in the oven. prepare a baking sheet with tinfoil. Place the bacon in on the tinfoil and back at 400 degrees for 14-18 minutes, depending on how thick your slices of bacon are. Once the bacon is done transfer to a plate with a paper towel on it.
