Who Baked This?!?...

Editor: Tammy O'Leary

This is so exciting! My family and I have created a 100 recipe dessert cookbook that my taste testers and I love!
I was diagnosed on my 27th birthday with being pregnant and having MS. I have never stopped smiling since that day. My husband, Kevin and I now have two children, Allison-12 and Ryan-9. They have watched me go down hill daily. They used to say I had "M&M's." Every time I would fall, they would bring me M&M's to "make me feel better." Then, we started making up desserts with M&M's "for the next special time we were together," after I would fall. Then I had to leave my great achievement of working as an ER RN.
My MS was progressing, but I was determined to never let my kids see me give up! So, we started making up YUMMY desserts together. That is what we started doing on family fun night!
This past year has been rough for my family for many reasons. When someone would be upset, we would write down a recipe, talk, and split M&M's.
Now, I homeschool my daughter. It is so beautiful to see her smile when she masters her school work! My son chose the book cover and is our MS Walk Captain every year. They both came up with our name, The O'Leary Lucky Charms! It is amazing how many people support me!
Our dessert cookbook was finally done! Kevin and I have felt so blessed! It has been so heart warming to watch our children be so exciting!
It is amazing what you can do if you never give up! I hope you all enjoy it!
Thanks!
