3-1/2 cups raisin bran
2-1/2 c. flour
1-1/2 c. sugar
1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

2 eggs
1 pint buttermilk
1/2 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingred.
Add remaining and mix well
Bake at 400º for 15-20 min.

Batter keeps up to 6 weeks in fridge.

I use reg. bran cereal, chocolate chips and wheat flour instead of raisins bran and white flour. I also sprinkle a little brown sugar on top before cooking.
