2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 - 12 oz. can shoe peg whole kernel white corn, drained
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and blend in flour. Stir in the cream, corn, salt and pepper. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes until consistency is very creamy and thick. Stir occasionally. This dish is best served immediately. It tends to separate if reheated.
