Williamsburg Bread Recipe

2 cans crescent rolls
2 pkg. cream cheese
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 egg yolk (save white)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup crushed pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Spray the pan with cooking spray. Press 1 can of the crescent rolls in the bottom of 9x13 in. greased pan. Stir cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until creamy. Spread mixture over crescent rolls. Press out the other can of rolls and lay on top of the creamy mixture. Spread egg white over the top and sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar mixed with the cinnamon over the top of the egg white. Drizzle chopped nuts over top and bake 30 minutes at 350.

Getting away from the theme of old memories and traditions, this recipe has become a new Christmas tradition at our house. Now Mom and Dad come to my house for Christmas breakfast and we have Williamsburg Bread every year.
