8 to 10 whole chicken breasts, cooked, skinned, boned, and cut into pieces
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. margarine
1 (13 oz) can evaporated milk
2 T. lemon juice
2 T. minced onions
2 t. Jane's Crazy Salt
2 1/2 c. diced celery
3 c. cooked white rice
1 (2 oz) jar chopped pimento
2 (4 oz.) cans button mushrooms

Topping:
2 c. corn flakes
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, onion, and salt; mix well and set aside.

In another large bowl, combine the chicken, celery, rice, pimento, and mushrooms. Fold in the soup mixture and mix well. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch ovenproof baking dish. In a bowl, mix all topping ingredients together and crumble over top of casserole. Bake for 30 min. at 375º.
