8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. crumbled bleu cheese
1 egg
1 loaf very thin white bread (Pepperidge Farm)
1 can green asparagus spears, drained
1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut crust from bread. Mix cream cheese, bleu cheese and egg in mixer. Spread on bread. Place one asparagus spear on top and roll bread around asparagus. Cut into 3 pieces. Place on a cookie sheet. Brush with melted butter.

Bake @ 350º 20-25 minutes
