8 strips of bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
3 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. basil
1 can refrigerated flaky biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first six ingredients thoroughly. Divide each biscuit into three layers and place each third in the bottom of a mini muffin pan then fill each cup with a spoonful of the mixture and bake at 375º for 10 - 15 minutes.
