4 oz velveeta cheese cut in cubes
1 stick butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
1/4 cup chopped nuts (if desired)

Directions:
Spray 8: square pan with Pam©. Over medium heat melt butter and cheese, stirring constantly until blended and melted. Add peanut butter and stir until smooth. Remove from heat and add vanilla and nuts. Have sugar in medium bowl and pour cheese, butter, peanut butter mixture over top and stir until completely mixed. Batter will be slightly stiff. Using your hands, remove candy and press evenly and firmly into prepared pan. Blot top with paper towel to remove excess oil. Place pan in fridge for 1 hour. Keep covered but after firm and cooled off, it is not necessary to refrigerate.
