1 pound lean ground beef
1 35-gram pouch taco seasoning mix
1 3/4 cups salsa
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup instant rice
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown beef in a large saucepan; drain any remaining fat. Add taco seasoning mix, salsa, broth and 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil.
2. Stir in rice, cover and cook about 5 minutes. Stir in vegetables and heat through. Serve with nachos.
