Bread Pudding:
1 10oz. loaf of day old french bread,crumbled (6-8 cups any type bread)
4 cups milk
2 cups sugar
8 tbsp. butter,melted
3 eggs
2Tsp. vanilla
1 C raisins (if desired)
1 C coconut
1 C chopped pecans
1Tsp. cinnamon
1 Tsp nutmeg

Cream Caramel Sauce:
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 cup whipping
Bring to a boil for 3 min. then remove from heat and add:
1/4 Cups butter
2 tbsp. Vanilla
Spoon over bread pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all bread pudding ingredients. Mixture should be very moist but not soupy. Pour into buttered 9x12 baking dish or larger. Place into a non-preheated oven. Bake at 350 degrees for approx 1 hour and 15 min. until the top is golden brown. Serve warm with cream caramel sauce.
