2 packages - 8 oz each cream cheese
1/4 c. green pepper
1/4 c. red pepper
1/4 c. jalapeño pepper
1/4 c. green onion
6 tortilla shells
1 and 1/2 c. cheddar, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, peppers, and onions in a food processor. Spread mixture over tortilla shell evenly. Sprinkle cheddar over top and roll up tightly. Wrap rolls in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour. Slice into one inch pieces and bake at 350º for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
