2 (117 oz) cans baked beans*
3 cups dark molasses
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups onion, finely chopped
2 cups catsup
12 Tbs (3/4 cup) mustard
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 lb bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and reserve excess sauce from the beans.
Cut bacon into about 1 inch pieces and cook over medium low heat until rendered and browned. Remove bacon and set aside. Saute onions in bacon fat then strain off fat. Add bacon, onions and all the rest of the ingredients to the beans and mix thoroughly. Divide beans among three 9" X 13" disposable baking pans. Bake at 375ºF uncovered for at least 1 hour or until as thickened as you like them. If baking longer, give them a stir. If beans get too dry you can add back in some of the reserved sauce.
