1/2 lb. each cooked shrimp, crabmeat, lobster, and sole (or substitute your own favorites)
2 T butter
2 T flour
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup white cooking wine
bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cut seafood into bite sized pieces and arrange in a baking dish. Mix butter and flour over low heat and stir in milk and grated cheese. When slightly thickened, add wine. Pour sauce over seafood and top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 20-25 minutes at 325º until browned.
