Ingredients:
1 rack slow-roasted pork ribs
Soy Sauce
Sweet Chili Sauce (found at oriental market)
Fresh basil
Cilantro
Scallions
Toasted Sesame Seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Grill ribs bone side down until the underside is seared and the bones are sizzling. I prefer to do this slowly over indirect heat. Brush soy sauce over ribs frequently. Flip ribs and cook until score marks appear, continuing to baste with soy sauce. Flip back to the bone down side and glaze with sweet chili sauce. Cut ribs and garnish with herbs and sesame seeds.

This also works in the oven on low heat 200º over several hours. Turn the heat up once putting the sweet chili sauce on and cook through.
