1 pkg. Ramen Noodles
1/2 c. cubed Monterey jack cheese
1/4 c. canned green Chile peppers
1/8 cup black olives
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. cheddar cheese
1/8 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and rinse noodles, Combine noodles and seasoning pkg. with jack cheese, chilies,and olives. Stir in sour cream. Spoon into buttered casserole. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheese, Bake at 400ºfor 20 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
