1 lb ground beef
3/4 cup Bisquick
1 large onion chopped
2 eggs
1/2 salt
2 tomatoes, sliced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup cheese, grated
1 cup milk
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degree F. Grease 8 cup casserole. Brown meat and onions: drain, stir in salt and pepper, Put meat mixture into greased pan. Beat together milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth. Pour over meat and bake for 25 minutes. Top with cheese and tomato slices return to oven for 5-8 minutes more. Tomato slices may be added fresh just before serving.
