1/2 Large Onion
1 1/2 tsp. Butter
4 Cups of chopped Chicken
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 C. Milk
1 C. Shredded mild Cheddar Cheese divided
6 Frozen Biscuits, Thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º, grease the 11 x7 baking dish. Chop onion. Heat butter in a skillet, stir in onion and saute until tender.
Combine onion, chicken, soup, sour cream, and milk in a medium bowl. Spoon into baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle baked layer with 3/4 cup of cheese. Arrange thawed biscuits in a single layer over the top. Sprinkle remaining cheese over biscuits.
Bake until biscuits are golden brown and sauce is bubbly, about 20 minutes.
