1/2 cup bread flour
1/2 cup self-rising flour
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/4 cup frozen cream-style corn
2 tablespoons sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk, egg, butter and corn. Stir in dry ingredients and mix well. Drop by spoonful into hot oil (350 degrees). Fry until golden brown.

These are so wonderful when served with Maple Butter.
MAPLE BUTTER RECIPE:
(Take some Softened butter and mix in Maple syrup till sweet and creamy.... works even best when you use "REAL" Maple Syrup)

While your Fritter is still good and hot...dunk it in the Maple butter and chow down!!! YUMMMMY

These taste AWESOME! Every Time we go to Tenn...we make sure to visit the Old Mill just so we can eat the Fritters. We almost get full on these before our Food ever arrives lol!
