1 cup flour
1/2 cup oil
2 cups water
1 cup Chefs seasoning (or chopped onion, 2)
1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 lbs. crawfish tails
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder



Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, make roux with flour and oil; brown roux until medium brown. Add 2 quarts of water, stirring constantly. Add Chef's Seasoning (or onion) and tomato sauce to the roux, stirring constantly. Add crawfish tails, salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Cook over medium heat for 45 minutes to and hour. Serve over rice.
