1 bag hash browns
2 cups ham (cubed)
2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 large tomato (diced)
1/2 medium onion (chopped)
1 pepper (diced)
1 can mushrooms
8 eggs (beaten)
3 tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13" pan. Spread hashbrowns on bottom of pan. Sprinkle ham, tomatoes, onion, peppers, and mushrooms over the hashbrowns. Blend milk and beaten eggs and pour over other ingredients in pan. Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes. Take out of oven and spread shredded cheese on top. Bake another 15 minutes.
