1/2 cup margarine or butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1-1/2 tsp. baking powder
4-1/2 cups rhubarb

Topping:
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1 cup flour
1-1/2 cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine, sugar and eggs. Beat until smooth. Spread evenly in a greased 10x15" pan. Cover with rhubarb. Topping: Mix topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over rhubarb cake at 350ºF for 30-45 minutes.
