2 cups of black beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups of pinto beans, drained and rinsed
2 cups of garbanzo beans (chick peas), drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of lime juice
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of lime zest
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh cilantro

Directions:

Combine beans in a medium mixing bowl. In a small bowl, mix together the oil, honey, lime juice and garlic and lime zest. Pour over bean mixture. Tope with cilantro and mix until beans are well coated.©
