1 lb. ground beef or sausage
1 can Rotel
1 8oz pkg. cream cheese
1 block Velveeta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef or sausage and drain. Mix all ingredients in crockpot and heat until cheeses are melted. Stir and serve warm with chips. So good you could just eat it with a spoon!
