1 can black-eyed peas, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1 can artichokes, drained and chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 envelope Ranch Dressing mix
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Saute onion in butter in a large skillet. Add beans and artichokes. Mix sour cream, mayo and ranch dressing mix and stir into beans. Bake for 20 min. then sprinkle top with cheese. Bake another 10 min. or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve warm with toast or chips.
