Bunch of green seedless grapes
1 block goat cheese (or cream cheese)
1 cup chopped pecans( pulse in food processor)
Bourbon
Toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Pull all the grapes off the stems and wash. Punch holes in stem end of grapes with toothpick. Put grapes in bowl and pour enough bourbon just to cover them. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Take grapes out of bowl and pat dry with paper towel. (You can use leftover bourbon to mix a drink after you finish!) Pinch off a piece of cheese and coat each grape, then roll in pecans. Place on tray and stick with toothpicks.
