1 lb. sausage, uncooked
1 pkg. coon cheese (black label) or real sharp cheddar, grated
3 cups Bisquick

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together...you will need to use your hands to blend together good. Pinch off and roll 1 " balls. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 375-400 for 20 min. or until browned.

***Coon cheese is a strong white cheese similar to white cheddar.
