Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 cans sliced pineapple in juice (not syrup) drained
1 bottle GOOD vodka
1 can pineapple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Put pineapple slices into a big container (jar, bowl or pitcher) with lid and pour vodka over them. Store in refrigerator for at least 1 week...that's 7 DAYS! Then you can pour liquid into shaker with ice for pineapple martinis. I add a can of pineapple juice to the vodka (half vodka and half juice per glass). You can freeze the pineapple to use in ice rings for punch....or heck, just eat it and be HAPPY!
