Pico de Gallo:
5 roma tomatoes
1/2 onion
3 jalapeņo peppers, seeds removed
Cilantro
Lime juice
Salt to taste
Guacamole:
3 avocados
Pico de Gallo
Lime juice
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Dice jalapeņos, tomatoes and onions very fine. ( Adjust amount of jalapeņo to your taste.) Chop a bunch of cilantro without stems. Mix all ingredients in bowl. Squeeze juice of 1/2 lime into bowl and add salt to taste.
Guacamole: Cut avocados in half lengthwise and remove pits. With a spoon, scrape the "meat" out into a bowl and lightly mash them. Add a pinch of salt to taste. Add a generous amount of Pico de Gallo and juice of the other half lime and stir to blend. Serve with tortilla chips.
