4-6 thin slices onion
11/2 T butter
11/2 T flour
1/2 c beef stock
1/2 c red wine
1 tsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion in butter until soft, discard onion. Add flour until smooth, add beef stock.and wine. Cook over medium heat until smooth and thick. Add spices, serve over London Broil slices.
