10 oz. frozen strawberries, do not thaw
2 egg whites
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup sugar.
1 cup cream, whipped
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Take apart frozen strawberries, but do not thaw. Add unbeaten egg whites, lemon juice and sugar. Beat at high speed for 10-20 minutes. Fold in 1 cup cream, whipped.

While beating, make crust: mix flour, butter, brown sugar, and chopped walnuts. Spread in 12x15 pan and bake at 350 until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Put some on bottom of 9x13 pan, then the filling, then rest of crumbs. Freeze at least ½ day.
