1 cup – Brown Sugar
1 cup – Flour
¾ cup – Quick Oats
½ cup – Butter, melted
1 tsp. – Cinnamon
4 cup – Rhubarb
1 cup – Sugar
2 tbsp. – Cornstarch
1 cup – Water
1 tsp. – Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. In a mixing bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, oats, butter and cinnamon until crumbly. Press one half this mixture into a buttered 8 X 8 pan. Top this with the rhubarb.
In a sauce pan, mix sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla. Cook until clear and then pour over rhubarb.
Add remaining crumb mixture over the top and bake at 350° for 45-55 minutes.
