Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 white or yellow cake mix
1 can crushed pineapple
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, save juice. Grease 13x9 cake pan. Spread brown sugar in bottom of pan. Drizzle with melted butter. Top with drained pineapple.

Mix cake mix according to directions, using pineapple juice for liquid, adding water if needed. Pour cake mix batter over pineapple. Bake according to cake mix directions, or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Immediately run knife around side of pan to loosen cake. Place heatproof serving plate upside down onto cake pan; turn plate and pan over until cake releases. Shake to make sure all pineapple has fallen from the pan. Leave pan over cake for 5 minutes so brown sugar topping drizzles over cake. Remove pan. Cool 30 minutes. Serve warm or cool with whipped cream. Store covered in the refrigerator.
