5 cups diced rhubarb
1 cup sugar
small pkg strawberry Jello
3 cups miniature marshmallows
white cake mix

Directions:
Directions:
Spread diced rhubarb into a greased 13x9 cake pan. Sprinkle evenly with sugar and jello. Sprinkle marshmallows over the top.

Prepare cake mix batter according to the package directions. Pour over marshmallows.

Bake at 350º for one hour, or until cake is done. Immediately cut around cake edges, and invert cake onto a serving plate or pan in a quick motion. Shake a bit if needed, until all rhubarb mixture is removed from pan. Serve warm or cool with whipped topping.
