Crust:
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

2nd Layer:
8 oz whipped topping such as Cool Whip
2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar

3rd Layer:
2 small pkgs instant pudding (butterscotch or chocolate)
3 cups milk

4th Layer:
8 oz whipped topping such as Cool Whip
chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crust mixture. Press c into ungreased 13x9 pan. Bake in a 350º oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool completely. Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar until well blended. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Beat pudding mix with milk. Pour over cream cheese layer. Chill until set. Spread Cool Whip over pudding mixture and sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving.
