1 - Unbaked Pie Shell
4 cup - Rhubarb, diced
1 cup - Sugar
2 - Eggs,beaten
2 tbsp. - Flour
1/3 cup - Evaporated Milk
1/3 box - Lemon Cake Mix
4 tbsp. - Butter,melted

Directions:
Directions:
Add rhubarb to unbaked pie shell. Beat sugar, beaten eggs, flour and evaporated milk and pour over rhubarb. Sprinkle 1/3 box of cake mix over mixture and then drizzle butter over cake mix. Bake at 425º for 10 minutes and then reduce oven temp to 350º and bake for another 40 minutes.
