Ingredients: Coffee Cake 2 cups Original Bisquick mix 2/3 cup milk or water 2 T. sugar 1 egg
Cinnamon Streusel Topping :
1/3 cup Original Bisquick mix 1/3 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 2 T. firm butter or margarine

Directions:Directions: 1. Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 9-inch round pan. In small bowl, stir streusel ingredients until crumbly; set aside. 2. In medium bowl, mix coffee cake ingredients until blended. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with streusel topping. 3. Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. |

Notes: Submitted by Pat for Grandma Theresa. Grandma made this coffee cake on a very regular basis and always changed it up a bit. We rarely ever had the same cake twice. Some times it had raisins or chocolate chips, maybe even coconut.
