6 c. whole fat yogurt
2 medium cucumbers, finely diced
4 garlic cloves, grated
1/2 tsp. onion powder
2 Tbs. olive oil
1 tsp. lemon juice
fresh cracked pepper
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place a fine strainer over a bowl and line strainer with cheesecloth. Pour yogurt into strainer and place in refrigerator to drain off all excess liquid. Place diced cucumber in a ziplock bag along with several paper towels and drain in refrigerator while draining yogurt. Replace paper towels, if needed. Mix all ingredients together and serve. Lemon juice, pepper, and salt can be adjusted to taste.
