1 yellow cake mix
1-1/2 c. Milk
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lge. Package instant vanilla pudding
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 large can crushed pineapple
Coconut and nuts garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Bake cake mix as directed on box @ 375º for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool. Mix milk, cream cheese,and vanilla pudding until well blended. Spread this mixture on the cooled cake. Next, mix the Cool Whip with entire can of crushed pineapple and juice. Spread this mixture over the previous mix. Sprinkle with coconut, nuts and add maraschino cherries if desired. Refrigerate. I usually make this in my 9x13" pan.
