4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups tortilla strips
1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
Marinade:
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
1 cup water
2 1/2 tbsp lime juice
2 tsp garlic
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground ginger
Sauce:
16 oz sour cream
1 packet Hidden Valley dry ranch dip

Directions:
Directions:
Combine teriyaki sauce, water, lime juice, garlic, smoked paprika,salt and ginger in a medium sized mixing bowl; mixing until salt dissolves. Place chicken in marinade and ensure all sides are covered. Cover and place in refrigerator. Flip chicken after one hour, remove chicken after 2 hours of marinating. Combine sour cream and ranch packet in a small bowl, stir until completely mixed, refrigerate. Pre-heat grill to high and oven to a high broil. Grill chicken 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until done. place chicken on a baking sheet, coat each breast with a layer of the dressing mix and then top with a layer of cheese. Broil for 3 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Place one chicken breast on a 1/2 cup of tortilla strips. Serve with seasoned riced and garnish with a slice of lime.
