6 potatoes (peeled)
2 carrots (peeled)
1 small yellow onion
1 can sauerkraut (optional)
1 lob. Hillshire Farm Sausage
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Boil carrots, potatoes and onion in water. Drain water and mash all together. Add sauerkraut to mashed potato mixture. Then cut sausage in 1 inch pieces and add to the mixture. Cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes until sauerkraut and sausage are hot.
