6 squares semi-sweet chcoclate
1/4 cup icing sugar
3tbsp butter
3 egg yolks
1tbsp rum or rum flavouring
Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate, add icing sugar and butter.
2. Remove from heat, and add small amount of hot chocolate to egg yolks to temper them.
3. Add all eggs to chocolate then add rum.
4. Chill for 1-2 hours, shape into 1" balls and roll in grated chocolate
5. Chill, serve, and SHARE!
