10 cups hot milk
1 cup sugar
1 box gelatine (or 4 tbsp)
4 squares Bakers chocolate
6 eggs, separated

Directions:
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate, add sugar and egg yolks.
2. Add hot milk very slowly.
3. Melt gelatine in small amount to hot milk. Add to mixture.
4. Cook until it coats spoon.
5. Cool. Set until quite thick.
6. Beat until frothy.
7. Add beaten egg whites.
8. Chill and serve with cream.

This is another recipe that has been passed down many many years. It was my Aunt Una's recipe. Enjoy it on it's own, or add a large dollop onto sliced strawberries!
