About 8 chicken livers, cut into half (to make about 16 chicken livers)
8 slices of bacon, cut into half (to make 16 pieces)
Toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap each chicken liver with 1/2 piece of bacon and secure with toothpick. Broil for about 15 to 20 minutes or until bacon is crisp and liver is cooked.

Watch this recipe so that chicken livers do not over cook.

Note from Jo Spindle & Joa Christensen: we use pepper bacon which adds extra flavor to the chicken livers. This recipe also serves 4 people, if each person eats 4 chicken livers apiece.
