Cake:
3 T. butter (softened)
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 T. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
1 c. milk
3 c. fresh cranberries

Butter Sauce:
1 c. butter
2 T. flour
1 c. milk
2 c. sugar
2 T. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add flour, baking powder, and salt; mix well. Add milk; mix well. Gently fold in cranberries. Place batter in a 9 X 13 inch baking dish sprayed with Pam. Bake for 35 minutes. In a saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour. Slowly add milk; stir. Add sugar, vinegar, and vanilla; bring sauce to a boil. Remove from heat. Spoon warm Butter Sauce over individual servings of warm cake.
