¼ cup Rice Wine Vinegar
⅛ cup thinly sliced Green Onion
1 tsp Chili Paste with Garlic
¼ tsp Ground White Pepper
½ tsp Sesame Oil
½ tsp toasted Sesame Seeds

In a small bowl, with a small whisk, thoroughly combine all ingredients. Let the mixture sit for 20 minutes before serving.
