2 small packages orange jello
1 large can crushed pineapple
2 cans mandarin oranges
2 cups boiling water
1 cup concentrated frozen orange juice
1 cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in the boiling water. Drain juice from the crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges into a cup. Add enough of the cup of cold water to the drained fruit juice to equal a cup add this to the jello and add the frozen orange juice. Discard remaining cold water. Let cool and add drained fruit before the jello sets. Pour into a 9 x 12 pan.

Topping if desired:
1 package lemon instant pudding,mix using 1 2/3 cups milk instead of 2 cups as stated on box. Add 1/2 pint cream whipped. Refrigerate. Cover after it is set.
