Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 large or extra-large eggs
1 quart size Ziploc bag
Diced Toppings of your choice—cheese, ham, onion, green pepper, tomato, mushrooms, bacon, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
For each omelet crack the eggs into the Ziploc bag and shake to combine them. Add whatever toppings you like and shake to combine again. Get all the air out of the bag and zip it up. You can write each person’s name on the bag with a Sharpie marker.

Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil and place bags in the water. Boil for exactly 13 minutes. You can usually cook 6-8 omelets in a large pot. Take the bags out, cut open with scissors and roll the omelet out onto a plate.

NOTE: You can make these up ahead of time the night before and then just cook them in the morning. Everyone gets to make their own with what they like!

Personal Notes:
Some people may have a problem with eating something that was boiled in a plastic bag (the whole “chemicals” thing), but eating these occasionally will not hurt you.
