1 T. washing soda
1 T. salt
very HOT water
1 sheet tin foil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place the sheet of foil in a deep pan (I use a stainless steel one.)
2. Add 6-8 inches of very hot water.
3. Carefully stir in the salt and soda until dissolved.
4. Carefully lay your tarnished silver into the pan for about 10-15 seconds.
5. Remove silver with tongs and rinse thoroughly with cold water.
6. Buff, if needed, with a soft cloth.

Yes, this really works. It's amazing how quickly the tarnish is removed...and no harsh chemicals!
